The Lebanon office facility is the “flagship” of eye care located at 1670 W. Main on the west end of Lebanon. The Eye Center and the Wilson County Eye Surgery Center occupy a large portion of a convenient office complex where parking is plentiful and complimentary.

The Eye Center's administrative offices, registration office, and insurance and billing services are all located here in addition to a spacious clinic area especially designed for the comfort of patients and efficiency of the staff.

The Eye Center's Optical Department offers a spacious facility where literally hundreds of frames and lenses are attractively displayed for browsing and selection by patients. Primary eye care doctor Thomas Roberson, OD, is available for family eye care examinations and the expert fitting of glasses, frames, and contact lenses.

Ophthalmologists F. Kirk Bowles, MD, Randolph R. Evans, MD, FACS, and William Schenk, MD spend a large portion of the work week in Lebanon, but also are on-site for selected appointments in satellite clinics in Carthage, Gallatin, Lafayette, Murfreesboro, Smithville, and Smyrna.
